The Chef’s Table Foundation (CTF) will soon be offering memberships to the Chef’s Table Cooking Club which is an online culinary school. For a donation of $17.00 a month/$45.00 quarterly/ $180 annually (a savings of $24 over the monthly/quarterly charge), members will have exclusive access to videos that cover topics like:
- Using the proper knives in meal preparation and setting up a mise en place (everything in its place) work area
- Preparing various main courses and sides
- Discovering culinary cooking tips and techniques used by Boston area professional chefs
- Focusing on various specialized cooking topics: how to use different spices and herbs; how to choose, prepare, and cook meats and seafood; and how to choose the best cooking tools.

All membership donations will be used to support CTF’s main mission: to raise funds for culinary scholarships and skills training for veterans, and to offer instruction to the blind/visually impaired on how to cook healthy meals efficiently and safely.
